MONDAY MOVES

Monday Moves is a practice of impromptu, improvised dances in public spaces.

An invocation to interrupt the mundane of every-dayness and reframe it as surprising, beautiful, and communal.

These public interruptions are performed without music, although sound is always considered and layered (or not) post practice in the video editing phase.
